“Ingat!”
MANILA, Philippines – That’s what John Lloyd Cruz reminds everybody in a pain-reliever commercial.
As the new face of Lactacyd, which has been the feminine-wash expert these past 20 years, Bea Alonzo (photo) is saying, “Di bale na lang!” if it’s not Lactacyd, a product as wholesome as her image.
Despite the effort of her detractors to besmirch that image, Bea remains unperturbed, confident as she is that what she owes the public is a good performance whether on the small screen or the big screen.
She drinks, so what? Everybody does — social drinking, you know.
“Pero hindi naman ako nagpapakalasing,” said Bea good-humoredly, shrugging off the “blind items.”
A product carefully studied by Sanofi-Aventis, Lactacyd has active ingredients that promote all-day freshness and cleanliness in a woman’s most intimate area.
“Just what I need,” said Bea, “considering the hectic schedule that I keep every day.”
So, kung hindi alagang expert, repeated Bea, “di bale na lang!”
