Chain letters in Midnight DJ

MANILA, Philippines - Pretty fashion photographer Agnes is looking for a new face for the cover of her magazine’s upcoming summer edition, sees QT and knows right there and then that the latter is the face of summer.

QT agrees but Bodjie gets suspicious of Agnes and says he’s QT’s manager so he can accompany her to the photo shoot. Instant animosity develops between Bodjie and Agnes.

While working at the magazine studio that night Agnes receives an e-mail she interprets as a chain message and forwards it to her model-boyfriend, a fashion designer-friend. Bodjie forwards it to Samboy and QT.

One by one, the people to whom Agnes forwarded the e-mail start dying in the hands of a bloody ghost. She confides this. Bodjie who gets bothered as he forwards the chain letter to Midnight DJ friends.

The team, composed of Samboy (Oyo Sotto), Bodjie (Joaqui Tupas), QT (Meg Imperial) Chief Arthur (John Medina) and Ka Tokleng (Gilbert Telis) investigates. The murderous ghost must be stopped before it kills them, too. So the friends map out a plan to solve the mystery and fast.

MDJ airs Saturday nights on TV5 after Talentadong Pinoy. It is helmed by Lore Reyes and line produced by Angie Samson-Valvieja for Big Top Productions.

This week’s episode, titled Hilakbot ng Chain Letter guests Dianne Medina (as Agnes), Rodjun Cruz (Agnes’ boyfriend Kyle), April Sun (fashion model Mikaela) and Bekimon (fashion designer Dylan de la Vega).
