All-star line-up at PAL event

MANILA, Philippines - In commemoration of its 70th anniversary, Philippine Airlines gathers the country’s finest performers in a grand musical spectacle — a nostalgic tribute and well-deserved toast to the pioneering flag carrier’s rich and colorful legacy.

To be held at Resorts World’s Newport Performing Arts Theater tomorrow, March 15, the grand celebration features the best and brightest concert livewires including (from left) Gary Valenciano, Martin Nievera, Kuh Ledesma, Jay-R and Billy Crawford; and also Geneva Cruz, Rachel Alejandro, Jessa Zaragoza, Kris Lawrence, Gian Magdangal and upcoming Filipino Idols AJ Tablando, Margaret Ortega and Vincent Bueno.

Among the highlights is the unveiling of PAL’s commemorative 70th anniversary logo, to be unveiled by no less than PAL chairman and COO Dr. Lucio Tan and PAL Commercial Group EVP Vivienne Tan.

Hosting the event is 2010 Bb. Pilipinas-International Krista Kleiner.
