Tonton promotes healthy lifestyle

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - At 46, and with more than two decades in local show business, Tonton Gutierrez remains one of the most in-demand character actors in both TV and film. In fact, he is part of the cast of ABS-CBN’s new teleserye, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin. Besides being fortunate to have been born with the acting genes of high-caliber actors Eddie Gutierrez and Liza Lorena, Tonton has crafted a solid career in the industry by continuously honing his acting skills through a variety of dramatic roles for the small and big screens.

“I believe that it’s really important to always be at my best form as an actor,” shares Tonton, considering the highly-dynamic industry he is in, and the fact that in this business you’re only as good as your last show. He is also aware that looking good is of utmost important to remain in-demand in his chosen field. That’s why he has also made it a priority to maintain a healthy lifestyle. “You can look good if you actually feel good inside,” he says, “That’s why I really try to take care of my body and stay healthy.”

Tonton is the endorser of Prostamen, an herbal dietary supplement that helps take care of the prostate, an organ that usually makes men susceptible to various illnesses as soon as they reach 45. “According to my doctor, six of every 10 men my age can have prostate enlargement, which may result to other prostate complications. Kaya mabuti na yung maingat at maalaga sa katawan.”

Prostamen is available at all Mercury Drug Stores nationwide.
