Star Movies' November feature films

MANILA, Philippines - This month, Star Movies will keep you guessing every Sunday at 9 p.m. with a different brand of blockbuster to end your weekends. Get ready to battle chilly weekend nights with these last hurrah movies before the holiday season.

Nov. 14 has a surprise double premiere for Gerard Butler fans. At 7:30 p.m. catch the futuristic thriller Gamer, where humans are controlled by other humans in an all-too realistic online gaming. Here, Butler is Kable, a participant in the multiplayer game Slayers created by eccentric game inventor Ken Castle (played by Michael C. Hall). Now Kable and other participants battle it out in an arena while they are fully controlled by gamers.

At 9 p.m., Butler returns with Jamie Foxx in this adrenaline-pumped action thriller Law Abiding Citizen. This time, Butler is a vigilante bent on avenging the death of his family.
