UPOU accepts new enrollees

MANILA, Philippines - The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is now accepting new applicants for the first semester SY 2011-2012. Deadline of application is on Jan. 30, 2011 for programs with admission exams (Associate in Arts, BA in Multimedia Studies, PhD in Education and the Master of Public Management). Application to all other programs may be lodged until the last week of February 2011.

UPOU aims to open learning opportunities through distance education especially for people who are unable to attend traditional schools due to work, family and location. It offers two undergraduate programs, 20 graduate programs, two doctoral programs and various non-formal courses.
