Cristine & Luis team up in Kokak

MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN’s Wansapanataym offers its viewers a fresh tandem as Cristine Reyes and Luis Manzano team up in Ruben Marcelino’s Kokak.

Earning a 30.1 national rating last Saturday according to Kantar Media, Wansapanataym continues to dominate the nationwide Saturday programming. As it sets foot on a new story, the unmatched show is sure to magnet more viewers.

A whole new spell will envelop your night as the story of Kara (Cristine) unfolds tonight. Kara is a beautiful lady who lives in the forest. Trapped with a curse — that every time she bleeds, she turns into a frog, she will cross paths with a man (Luis) who will fall in love with her. Will the curse hinder them from loving each other?

“Ito po ang first Wansapanataym episode ko kaya masayang-masaya po ako. Kakaiba rin kasi yung karakter ko dito, may hiwaga talaga (laughs),” Cristine quipped. She added that she enjoyed working with Luis, “Naku, tawa lang ako ng tawa kay Luis. Masaya kasi siyang kasama sa set.”
