Another showdown among the castaways

MANILA, Philippines - It was another grand event GMA 7’s Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown presented to Kapuso fans last weekend. The castaways treated fans to a day of singing, dancing and games. “Super duper fun talaga,” exclaims a fan during the event held at the SM North EDSA’s Skydome.

Screams and applause met each castaway as he or she was introduced and performed before the crowd. Most of those in the crowd were thrilled to see Richard Gutierrez and Solenn Huessaff emerge on stage separately. Richard participated in one game with three female fans vying to be Richard’s choice.

Princess Snell, Yaya Moi, Solenn, Karen delos Reyes, Myka Flores and Michelle Madrigal played a game with male fans while Ervic Vijandre, Ahron Villena, Ian Batherson, Jon Avila and Buwi Meneses joined the “most kissable” game along with female fans. Pretty Trizsa heated the stage with a production number with the Foxy Ladies. Kapuso fans went on stage and joined the showdown.

Mico Aytona, Ahron, Buwi, Aubrey Miles and Michelle serenaded the audience in separate song numbers while Aira displayed her moves in hip-hop dancing and led the Castaways in their final dance production number.

Richard, on the other hand, feels grateful to everyone who supported the reality show from the beginning. Richard and the castaways are glad to have that moment with their fans.
