Celebrities to grace SM Novaliches opening

MANILA, Philippines - Some of the country’s hottest young stars will take centerstage when SM City Novaliches, SM Prime Holdings’ 40th supermall, opens its doors to the public on Oct. 22. The mall’s opening weekend will be packed with performances that will bring SM’s entertainment excitement to the north Metro area.

With TV5 just in front of the mall, Talentadong Pinoy Hall of Famers will be featured in a show starting at 4 p.m. Just in time for Halloween, it will be followed by a horror fantasy program led by Midnight DJ’s Oyo Sotto and Desiree del Valle.

A Grand Kapatid Day will be held on Oct. 23 at 4 p.m. with the cast of the gag show Loko Moko led by Alex Gonzaga and IC Mendoza. Aspiring celebrities from Star Factor, the network’s new teenage talent search will also grace the event.

GMA 7 stars will rock the mall on Oct. 24 with its Kaya ng Powers mall show at 4 p.m. Elmo Magalona, Sheena Halili and Rhian Ramos will entertain shoppers.

SM City Novaliches’ opening weekend will also have a grand fireworks display on Oct. 22, 23 and 24 at 7 p.m.
