Allan K at Casino Filipino

MANILA, Philippines - Allan K is expected to bring the house down when he performs at Casino Filipino Parañaque tonight.

He is one of the most requested artists in Casino Filipino-hosted shows, having performed in almost all branches of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) nationwide.

“I love performing at the casino because the crowd is so responsive and easy to please,” the comedian says.

Allan K has found his perfect mix of entertainment after realizing almost a decade ago that besides music, laughter keeps the audience in high spirits.

The performer has come a long way from being a lounge singer in some music bars in Bacolod City. His talent was discovered by the hosts and executives of Eat, Bulaga! during his stint as a sing-along master in a music bar in Malate. And since then, his career blossomed.

Allan K has been co-hosting Eat, Bulaga! since 1995 and has appeared in various TV shows of GMA 7 like Banda Oke, All Star K, The One Million Videoke Challenge, 1 for 3 and Beh Bote Nga. His newest TV show, Comedy Bar, is co-hosted with Eugene Domingo.

Aside from performing, Allan K has also tried movies like the Enteng Kabisote series, Bahay ni Lola, Ispiritista, Lovestruck, Onyok Tigasin, Bakit Papa and Pasukob, among others.

Apart from these projects, Allan K has staged several shows here and abroad. His first major solo show, The Big Nose at the Big Dome, literally filled the Araneta Coliseum with followers. He also performs regularly from Tuesdays to Saturdays at his comedy bars, Klownz and Zirkoh in Quezon City.

Allan K’s performance at the Casino Filipino Parañaque starts at 9 p.m. onwards. While admission is free, accommodation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
