Perry's stable of talents

MANILA, Philippines - PPL Entertainment, Inc. recently celebrated its first anniversary at C3 Events Place in Greenhills.

PPL president and CEO Perry Lansingan said the party was also a thanksgiving celebration for those who supported his talents. “Maraming salamat sa lahat ng clients na naniwala at nagtiwala sa mga artists namin.”

PPL Entertainment was named after Lansingan’s initials. His expertise in talent management dates back to the time Dingdong Dantes was starting out as a matinee idol. Lansingan has successfully handled Dingdong’s career for almost 12 years, along with those of Geoff Eigenmann, Jolina Magdangal, Gabby Eigenmann, Angelika dela Cruz, Arthur Solinap, Carlo Gonzales and Carl Guevarra.

Among those who graced the event were Mother Lily Monteverde, Roselle Monteverde-Teo, Vicki Belo, Cristalle Henares, Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, Dennis Trillo, Carla Abellana, Malou Choa-Fagar, German Moreno, Gina Alajar, Mika dela Cruz, Jonalyn Viray, JC Buendia, Paulo Avelino, Mart Escudero, Chris Cayzer, Popoy Caritativo, Sid Lucero, GMA Films president Annette Gozon-Abrogar, directors Louie Ignacio, Mac Alejandre and Mark Reyes.

Rivermaya performed some of its well-loved songs.

Lansingan also announced the launch of his company’s new website: www.pplentertainment.net. The launch was driven by a need to accommodate their growing clientele, services, inquiries and to allow for easy navigation about the agency’s history and talents.
