Dying Fetus comes to Manila

MANILA, Philippines - American death metal band Dying Fetus comes to Manila and will perform for Filipino fans for the first time on Sept. 14 at Amoranto Theater. A three-piece band from Maryland, Dying Fetus started in 1991 with three members in the line-up — John Gallagher on guitars and vocals (who also played drums during the first two years), Jason Netherton on bass and Nick Speleos on guitar and vocals. In 1993, they were joined by drummer Rob Belton. After almost two decades of being in the music scene, Dying Fetus experienced several line-up changes during their prime and finally sticking to three members John Gallagher on guitar and vocals, Sean Beasley on bass and Trey Williams on drums.

Dying Fetus Live in Manila is presented by Tanduay Rhum Five Years. The show also features local death metal acts such as Loss of Control, Pathogen and Mass Defect. Tickets are priced at P800 each inclusive of a free copy of Shadows Fall’s Retribution album and available at Ticketnet, Ticketworld and SM tickets. The show is presented by Channel V, NU 107 and The Philippine STAR.
