Kapuso stars join Kagay-An Festival

MANILA, Philippines - Kapuso stars will take time out from their busy schedules to take part in the most-anticipated event in Cagayan de Oro, the Kagay-An Festival.

Today, GMA stars will be led by Barbie Forteza and Joshua Dionisio for the Kapuso Night at SM City CDO which will start at 6 p.m.

Barbie and Joshua are the lead stars of Pilyang Kerubin which will wrap up tonight. Viewers, most especially the young ones, will surely miss the adventures of Barbie as Angelica/Charity, the playful cherub who was sent to the mortal world to “earn her wings.”

But Kagay-Anons will be enjoying the company of Barbie and Joshua as they take part in the special program prepared for the festival.

Set to join them are Maricris Garcia, Aicelle Santos and Jonalyn Viray, popularly known as La Diva. The trio is regularly seen in Party Pilipinas every Sunday and is busy with regular appearances in GMA Regional TV’s mall shows and events.

Rochelle Pangilinan is also part of the Kapuso Night. She is also regularly seen in Party Pilipinas and Danz Showdown.

Marco Alcaraz and Bella Padilla of Endless Love will host the event.

After partying with the Kapuso stars, the sight of beautiful women will jumpstart the following day’s events. Tomorrow, local beauties will parade down the streets of Cagayan de Oro City. The Ms. Kagay-An Festival titlists will ride the Kapuso float with Marco.

The parade will start at 8 a.m. and will be covered live by GMA Channel 12 Cagayan de Oro starting at 10:30 a.m.
