The Tiangco brothers take oath

MANILA, Philippines - The Tiangco brothers Toby and John Rey have taken their oath of office before Vice Pres. Jojo Binay. John Rey (left) is the new mayor of Navotas City and Toby (right, who served three terms as the same city’s mayor) is the representative.

Present at the ceremony were more than 2,000 supporters and residents.

Special guest was Former Pres. Joseph ‘Erap’ Estrada.
