Mommy's Day Out

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Working Mom magazine and Lifestyle Network toasted moms at the Mommy’s Day Out event at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia.

The theme: How to help Mom do everything better. The team of experts was led by Working Mom editor-in-chief Dedet Reyes-Panabi who shared family bonding tips and how to create balance tailor-fit for moms’ individual lifestyles. Sponsors Sangobion, Pediasure and Sharp shared their knowledge on promoting health and nutrition. Sun Life Financial dished out financial advice while 88DB talked about the Internet as advertising tool for budding entrepreneurs.

It wasn’t all serious talk for the over thousand attendees. Trumpets Playshop’s Joshua Ramirez and Ingrid Nieto rendered a song number. Jiggles the Balloon Lady was the show-stopper for the kids. Gabby Concepcion serenaded moms. Lexi Schulze and Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan kept them entertained in-between performances.

Each mom and kid pair got a chance to enjoy activities of Working Mom’s photo booth, Pine-Sol, Perwoll, Corelle, SeriAsia, The Face Shop, Bench Fix, Nailaholics, Ever Bilena, Meralco, National Bookstore, Osteoguard, Sangobion, Sun Life, Financial, 88DB.com, Human Heart Nature, Baby Fashionista, Cycles & Cradle, Ocean Adventure, Terramycin, Pediasure, Trust Family Program, Wilkins, Sharp and Club Princess.
