Diva: A rivalry heats up

MANILA, Philippines - Shocking discoveries continue in Diva, GMA 7’s first kantaserye this week. Lady (Rufa Mae Quinto) learns that Tiffany (Glaiza de Castro), her former sidekick and now a singingstar, is actually her sister.

Lady learned this straight from their mother, laundrywoman Alicia (Dexter Doria). This makes Awit Records bigwig George (Randy Santiago) cook up a scheme that would finally convince Tiffany to join his company and leave rival outfit Birit Records. And will she say yes?

Meanwhile, Sam (Regine Velasquez), now the beautiful Melody, admits her true identity to best friend Barang (Jaya), one of the owners of Birit Records together with friends Martin (TJ Trinidad) and Gary (Mark Anthony Fernndez). Melody however, makes Barang promise that everything be kept under wraps.

 Will the Awit-Birit rivalry heat up, now that two divas — Melody and Tiffany — try to outdo each other?
