Q.C. Vice Mayor Joy with movie press

MANILA, Philippines - Quezon City Vice Mayor-elect Joy Belmonte (below, with brother Miguel Belmonte, president of The STAR; and Regal Matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde) hosted a thanksgiving lunch for the movie press yesterday at Annabel’s restaurant (Tomas Morato, Q.C.).
