MANILA, Philippines - Catch Gossip Girl’s Season 3 finale tonight at 8 on etc with US match-airing. It has been an event-filled season with break-ups, makeups and hook-ups happening left and right. Making its Philippine premiere on May 27, 8 p.m. is Material Girl. The series is about Ali Redcliffe (Leonora Crichlow) who after being passed up on a head designer position quits her job and sets out to make a name for herself the only way she knows how, through hard work and talent. Davina Bailey (Dervla Kirwan), Ali’s former boss isn’t going to give up her spotlight as queen of fashion, and the designer every celebrity wants to wear without a fight. She makes it perfectly clear to her protégé that this is war. In steps Marco Keriliak (Michael Landes), a brilliant yet temperamental business man who believes in Ali’s talent as well as the fact that she could be a rewarding investment.
