MANILA, Philippines - In Midnight DJ tonight, Samboy (Oyo Sotto) meets a mysterious bartender (portrayed by Jay Aquitania) whose potent wine concoction kills.
Jay’s victims are gimikero Kirby de Jesus, gimikera Beauty Gonzales and bar owner Brando Legaspi. After drinking Jay’s wine, they get dizzy and a mysterious-looking spirit (Edgar Aquino) suddenly appears to slay them. Samboy’s arch enemy Lucreah (Wendy Valdez) enters Brando’s body to give our Midnight DJ bunch a difficult time.
The horror-adventure-drama-comedy program is directed by Lore Reyes, line produced by Angie Samson Valvieja for Big Top Production. It airs on TV5 every Friday.
Oyo’s gang is comprised of Bodjie (Joaqui Tupas), Andrea (Desiree del Valle), QT (Meg Imperial), Kimchi (Lucia Cristobal), Swit (Julia Chua), Chief Arthur (John Medina) and Ka Tokleng (Gilbert Telis).
