Midnight DJ meets wood monster

MANILA, Philippines - Tonight on TV5’s Midnight DJ, Kier Legaspi is victimized by thrill killers Tanoy (Andrew Schimmer) and Mike (Leon Miguel) but rises from his grave when Lucerah (Wendy Valdez) gives him the life essence of still comatose Andrea (Desiree del Valle). As wood monster, Kier kills Tanoy and Mike. News about the wood monster’s killings reaches Samboy (Oyo Sotto) and his gang comprised of Trixie (Jenny Miller), Bodjie (Joaqui Tupas), QT (Meg Imperial), Kimchi (Lucia Cristobal), Chief Arthur (John Medina) and Ka Tokleng (Gilbert Telis) and they decide to investigate and solve the mysterious killings. Will they dare kill Kier who possesses teammate Andrea’s spirit? Will it be the end of Andrea?

Meanwhile, the camaraderie and professionalism of our Midnight DJ bunch became apparent when all members of the cast joined the TV5 motorcade last April 10 in Manila and Quezon City. Theirs was the most star-studded and applauded participation followed by a bus with a LED video display showing the OBB (opening billboard) of the program. The stars donned costumes and showed off their respective gadgets.
