Jan back on TV5

MANILA, Philippines - Things are coming full circle for Jan Nieto (photo).

After placing runner-up in Philippine Idol, things began to look brighter for him.

Jan appeared a couple of times in ABS-CBN’s A.S.A.P., but it was in GMA 7’s SOP where he became a mainstay in October of 2007.

When SOP folded up, the opportunity to return to the new TV5 came along.

Jan is now part of one of TV5’s newest program, the Sunday noontime show PO5, which premieres today at 12 noon. Here, he can maximize his talents by showing his singing and hosting skills. Find out why as PO5 premieres today, 12 noon .

Aside from PO5, Jan is busy doing shows, some of which are still with members of the former You’ve Got Male. Their friendship has extended beyond showbiz as Jan, along with other friends like Gian Magdangal and Harry Santos, put up a small restaurant called POQ! Food with a Punch last July in Greenhills.

Tonight, Jan is one of the celebrity contestants in Ryan Agoncillo’s birthday episode on TV5’s Talentadong Pinoy.

It may have taken three years, but Jan Nieto is back home in TV5.
