MANILA, Philippines - Gelatin is the centerpiece tonight at 6:45 on Q-11’s True Confections.

Everyone just loves this squiggly dessert. That is why program hosts Sam Oh, Chef Jackie Ang-Po and Chef Aileen Anastacio take it to another level as they prepare a creamy Berry Banana Pudding, a smooth Chocolate Panna Cotta and a refreshing Coffee Jelly Drink. One will crave for more gelatin treats once he or she tastes the yummy recipes.
