MANILA, Philippines - The Ayala Malls Cinemas once again won the hearts of movie aficionados when it recently launched their new digital cinemas in Alabang Town Center (ATC) and Glorietta 4 through the invitational screening of the hit movie Alice in Wonderland.
Mall frequenters from the south trooped to ATC’s posh cinema for a one-of-a-kind movie experience. Spotted during the event were Tweetie de Leon-Gonzalez together with kids and nieces, and the amazement was very much evident on their faces after seeing the movie in 3D.
“It’s really a nice option for the family, especially for the kids,” Tweetie beamed. “I’ve never seen my kids so thrilled. They kept the glasses on throughout the movie to enjoy the 3D effect.”
“I will definitely watch movies here in ATC whenever there’s a 3D movie showing. It’s more complete to watch movies in 3D,” she said.
Glorietta 4, one of Ayala’s top-of-mind shopping and dining haven had been flanked by entertainment’s most admired stars including Tetchie Agbayani who’s currently starring in Habang May Buhay, Goin Bulilit cast and Joross Gamboa in its successive launch of Glorietta 4 cinema’s 3D theater.
“It’s a truly exhilarating experience,” said Tetchie. “The movie was visually stunning and the theater is wonderful. It was more than what I expected. From now on, I’ll go to Glorietta 4 every time there’s a 3D movie showing.”
Joross couldn’t agree more. “It’s a wonderful experience and I bet everyone will enjoy this technology especially the kids,”
Alabang Town Center and Glorietta 4 are among the Ayala Cinemas with Dolby Digital movie theaters. Today’s Hollywood buzz on digital movie viewing offers movie fans an access to the burgeoning technology made possible by Ayala cinemas.
With the Dolby Digital Cinema technology in place, viewers get to experience blockbuster movies in a whole new light.
