MANILA, Philippines - Patricia Muñoz, a fully credentialed special education teacher in California, will conduct the following SPED seminars: Utilizing Instructional and Curricular Modifications to Special Needs Students in an Inclusion Program on April 11: How to Cope when Your Child or Student is Special, April 25; and Implementing an Effective IEP, a Vital Tool in the SPED Program, May 2.
