Tom Jones concert postponed

MANILA, Philippines - Tom Jones (photo) has been forced to postpone shows in Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa the other day and at the Araneta Coliseum Manila today, due to illness. 

Renen de Guia of Ovation Productions, producer of the show, announced this in an official statement. He added that new dates for both shows are being set and an announcement about this will be made. All other dates in the tour are not affected and will proceed as scheduled.

The statement further said that, “Sir Tom has been diagnosed by a specialist with acute laryngitis and has been ordered complete vocal rest for a few days. The artist is deeply sorry for disappointing and inconveniencing his fans in Singapore and Manila.”

 “All ticket holders are informed that they should hold on to their tickets pending announcement of new date.”
