MANILA, Philippines - With Manny Pacquiao serving as example of how a body in tip-top shape leads to success, exercise and boxing have essentially fused and encouraged people from all walks of life to keep themselves fit.
This is what the newly-released Punch Out fitness video has to offer: A program on boxing fundamentals which is considered the best form of fitness regimen. This should guide viewers on vital physical moves like proper boxing stance, footwork, jabbing, among others.
Conceptualized by sportscaster and boxing analyst Mike Ochosa, Punch Out is hosted by Valerie Concepcion who fits in as face and body of the video, along with members of the upcoming girl-group Eurasia.
With boxing’s reputation as producer of the best-conditioned athletes, the video simplifies certain routines to develop one’s speed, stamina, and strength. According to Ochosa, owner of Punch Out Gym in Makati City, the video doesnít target boxing as a sport but as a fitness program that gives anyone the opportunity to build a well-sculpted, low-fat body.
The video is directed by Alain Valero Peñaflor.
