Sexy Talk with Drew

Drew Arellano, host of the forthcoming GMA News & Public Affairs show AHA!: Sexiest part of my body? My back!

Asked what’s the sexiest thing he has ever done so far, Drew Arellano laughed aloud and said, “Never mind. You can’t print it. Basta, I used coconut oil?” Was it for a massage? No comment.

In the show AHA! for GMA’s News & Public Affairs, scheduled to premiere on Easter Sunday, April 11, Drew will explore a wide range of topics...including the sex habits of insects? Perhaps.

“It’s an anything-goes show,” assured Drew (who brings televiewers around the country as host of Balik-Bayan on Q-11). “It’s a discovery kind of show, pretty much like the did-you-know shows which inform televiewers as they entertain. I won’t be a know-it-all host; I will be discovering and learning things along with televiewers. I have to do a lot of traveling depending on the topic of the week. In the first episode, we are featuring El Niño so, we’re going to show how cloud-seeding is done. Also, how the swimwear looked in the 1940s.”

In the meantime, Drew engages Funfare readers in a “sexy talk.”

Define sexy.

“To me, sexiness emanates from the brain. The more intelligent a woman is, the more sexy she is to me. If she happens to have a sexy body, that’s already a bonus. Wow, it’s a lethal combination!”

Do you look at yourself as sexy when you take off your clothes in front of the mirror?

“I don’t consider it sexy. When I take off my shirt, it’s always for comedy, not for being sexy. For laughs.”

When do you usually think about sex?

“It depends when I’m in the mood. Sometimes, you are in the mood 24/7, right?”

What do you consider the sexiest part of your body?

“My back...maybe?”

What part of a girl’s body do you find sexy?

“Oh, the neck.”

What’s the sexiest song you have ever heard?

“All of Marvin Gaye’s songs. Listen to the lyrics and the melody and you’ll know what I mean.”

Singer with the sexiest voice?

“Of course, Iya Villania. I’ve got to put that in.” (Note: Iya is Drew’s girlfriend of many years.)

Sexiest book?

“I don’t read sexy books. Oh yes, when I was in high school, I read The Happy Hooker. Very sexy!”

Sexiest movie?

“Basic Instinct. I can’t forget the scene where Sharon Stone crosses and uncrosses her legs. It’s so ‘revealing’!”

Sexiest magazine (such as Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, etc.)?

“I don’t find those magazines sexy; they are pornographic! What’s sexy is UNO magazine. It’s tastefully done.”

Sexiest perfume?

“Mine? Secret! The women’s perfume that I find sexy is Cool Water ba ‘yon? It smells sexy.”

(Note: For more of Drew’s “sexiest” list, keep tuned in to AHA! Who knows, in one of the episodes, he might finally reveal what’s the sexiest thing he has done so far — with coconut oil?)
