SPED seminars for parents & educators

MANILA, Philippines - Patricia Muñoz, a fully credentialed special education teacher in California, will conduct the following SPED seminars: How to Cope When Your Child or Student is Special on Feb. 21, Techniques to Become Educators and Parents to Children with Special Needs on Feb. 27 to 28 at Montessori de Cagayan, Tuguegarao City (call teachers Marilou, Chato or Marie at 078-8447716), Preparing an Effective Individualized Education Plan (IEP), a Vital Tool in the SPED Program on March 7, Utilizing Effective Strategies to Serve the Needs of Special Children on March 14 and Implementing an Effective Inclusion Program for Children with Special Needs on March 28.

 Seminars and classes except for provincial seminars will be held at Protégé SPED Center, Unit 1A Rexxon’s Arcade, 36 Xavierville Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Telephone numbers are 0918-3588855; 436-2620; 434-6064. Seminar hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration starts at 8 a.m.
