Red-letter day for Love Radio
MANILA, Philippines - 90.7 Love Radio has all the reasons to celebrate this Valentine’s Day. Not only is it the station’s 36th anniversary on the FM band, but it has kept its ranking as the over-all No. 1 radio station, according to the latest AGB Nielsen surveys. Amid the stiff competition among FM stations, it is no mean feat, as DZMB has been topping the charts for seven years running, currently taking in 23 percent of the total audience share.
On Feb. 14, the station will launch its new website www.loveradio.com.ph with live broadcasts by the DJs who will also be on hand to chat with their fans on-line
Jojo Cheung, station manager, also announced that the promo Letra Karera has taken on a challenge-the-champion hue, as listeners try to beat the record set by Javelin Magtalas in texting the most number of permutations from a single word in return for cash prizes.
