Killer merman in Midnight DJ
MANILA, Philippines - Watch TV5’s Midnight DJ tonight as Oyo Boy Sotto, Jenny Miller, Desiree del Valle, Meg Imperial, Joaqui Tupas and John Medina go after a killer merman who terrifies Sta. Catalina villagers. Our heroes’ investigation shows that there is more to this case than meets the eye.
The syokoy (portrayed by Edgar Aquino) has already victimized Isko (Carlon Matobato), Berto (Leon Miguel), teenagers (Justin Rosana and Zyrus Desamparado) and Belen (Dang Amistad). The eldest villager Tandang Tale (Vangie Labalan) narrates the story behind the merman’s killing spree to the MDJ bunch. Will the case be solved?
The stars, staff and crew go to Bagac, Bataan to shoot in a typical fishermen’s village fit for the story and hold a beach party for birthday celebrators Oyo (Jan. 12), Meg (Jan. 20), line producer Angie Valvieja (Jan. 16) and supervising producer Mary Ann Rivera (Jan. 13).
Also guesting are Patani of Survivor fame and Joann Co.
