Queen Seon Deok on GMA
MANILA, Philippines - Last Monday night on GMA 7, the makers of Jewel in the Palace presented Queen Seon Deok another hit masterpiece which introduced audiences to one of the greatest women in Korean history.
It stars Lee Yo-won as Queen Seon Deok, who lived the first 15 years of her life not knowing who she really is. As an elder twin of her sister Chonmyong and heiress to the throne of Silla, she was almost assasinated as a baby because of the beautiful seductress Mi-Shil who vows to be queen.
After years of living as a commoner, Seon Deok is back, ready to face her twin, parents and most of all, Mi-shil who has grown more powerful and no less cruel throughout the years.
How will the long-lost princess take back what is rightfully hers? How will love make its way through the complications? Can peace and order be restored at the end?
