The Binays celebrate together

MANILA, Philippines - The couple that celebrates together, stays happy together.

That seems to be the message when Makati City Mayor/Vice Presidentiable Jojo Binay and his wife, Dr. Elenita Binay, had a joint birthday celebration recently, attended by friends from both sides of the political fence.

It was a fun affair with a lot of singing and light banter, held at A Venue in Makati City.

“Of all the birthdays I’ve celebrated, this is the first time for me to see my friends from around the country huddled together in one place,” said the Birthday Boy. “Even my classmates from high school and those from my childhood are here.”

Among those who sang were Makati Councilor Rico J. Puno, Nonoy Zuñiga and Jenine Desiderio. Dance champ Belinda Alora did an exhibition.
