Benefit concert at Shangri-La Plaza

MANILA, Philippines - Jeck Pilpil and Peacepipe, Jeepney Joyride and FMD perform in a concert to raise funds for Kalapnit Neighborhood Pre-School and Kalapnit Elementary School of San Luis, Aurora.

The gig, organized by the group Trails to Empower Kids (TREK) will be held tonight at 8 at the Watering Hole at the Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City.

TREK is a group of mountaineers from different organizations who help children living and studying in remote areas. Due to the inaccessibility of their location, they are not usually reached by government and non-government organizations. The group has trekked and given help to villages Benguet, Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora and Zambales.
