MANILA, Philippines - Starting tonight at 8:30 and tomorrow, Sept. 16, Q-11 launches its weekday movie block tagged Premiere Nights.
Watch never-before-seen television movies originally produced and released in the US. Q-11 brings each of these movies in four parts just like a mini-series — one hour each on Tuesday and Wednesday nights for two weeks.
The first offering tonight is The Last Templar, a four-hour mini-series based on the 2005 New York Times best-selling novel by Raymound Khoury. The series was produced and aired by the NBC television network early this year.
Award-winning actress Mira Sorvino and Scott Foley star in the suspense, drama and action-filled tale. The series revolves around the pursuit of Tess Chaykin (Sorvino), an archaelogist in Manhattan and Sean Daley (Foley), an FBI agent, to uncover the lost secrets of the Knights Templar — an ancient and mysterious group formed during Christianity’s early days.
Mysterious, exhilarating and riveting, The Last Templar will glue everyone to their seats. Part 2 airs same time tomorrow, Sept. 16.
