All set for StarStruck 5
MANILA, Philippines - GMA 7’s StarStruck returns for another big season via a grand and explosive launch on S.O.P. tomorrow, Aug. 30.
Anticipation grows for the fifth season of StarStruck. And as such, the nationwide phenomenon that launched the most popular young actors of the network today again opens it doors to all aspirants across the archipelago.
As the network throws in a big launch party for the new season of StarStruck on S.O.P., live remote feeds will also be shown from SM Cebu, SM Davao, SM Iloilo and Stadia in Dagupan with the simultaneous release of application forms in these areas.
Aspirants aged between 16 and 23, male or female, Filipino citizens, and with talent in singing, dancing and acting are encouraged to proceed to GMA Network Drive at 10 a.m. tomorrow to get their application forms.
Applicants must bring the original and photocopy of their birth certificate, and whole body and close-up photos. Those below 18 need written consent from their parents, and original and photocopy of their parent’s valid ID to qualify for the auditions.
As the StarStruck invasion begins anew, Kapuso stars are set to join the grand launch in the said key cities.
StarStruck alumni Ryza Cenon, Rich Asuncion, Mike Tan, Rainier Castillo and Yasmien Kurdi with Arnel Ignacio kick off the festivity in SM Cebu Events Center.
Lj Reyes, Iwa Moto, Jackie Rice, Chariz Solomon, Jan Manual, Chuck Allie and Arci Muñoz with Sunshine Dizon celebrate the launch of StarStruck V in SM Davao Events Center.
StarStruck heartthrobs Mark Herras, Mart Escudero, Prince Estefan, Dex Quindosa with Allan K will be in SM Iloilo Open Parking with surprises.
Adding star-power in Stadia in Dagupan are Heart Evangelista, Dennis Trillo, Jennica Garcia, Kris Bernal, Aljur Abrenica, Paolo Avelino, Pauleen Luna, Glaiza de Castro, Gian Magdangal, Mae, Sexbomb, Harry, Jan Nieto, Chris Cayzer, Matteo Guidicelli and Gerald Santos.
