The 2 hard-working Baby's

MANILA, Philippines - Philanthropist Rosemarie ‘Baby’ Arenas and her daughter Rachel ‘Baby’ Arenas, representative of the 3rd district of Pangasinan (with Manny Pacquiao, with Mother Baby wearing a vintage piña kimona with tapis), are well-loved in the province because of their projects mostly for the needy. No wonder Mother Baby is fondly referred to as Ina ng Provincia because it is she people in the province turn to when they need help.

Daughter Baby has been tirelessly pursuing her projects that include scholarships for more than 700 and medical missions, such as the recent one at the Malasiqui Surgical-Medical Mission for Chyloplasty.
