Water pumps as birthday gifts from Baby A.

MANILA, Philippines - Philanthropist Rosemarie ‘Baby’ Arenas distributed water motor pumps in some barrios in the third district of Pangasinan where her daughter, Rachel ‘Baby’ Arenas, is the incumbent congresswoman.

It’s her way of celebrating her birthday — giving gifts to the less fortunate, ‘The constituents of my daughter.’

Today, Baby will distribute food in schools, also in the same district.
