That catchy Camella TV ad

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Sen./Presidentiable Manny Villar is shown with Tricia ‘Chacha’ Louise Cañete, the cute girl in the catchy Camella Homes TV commercial which has a heart-warming angle. It shows Chacha feeling suddenly freed from a cramped home and now enjoying a bigger space to play in.

Founded in 1977 under the C&P Homes, Inc. by Villar, Camella Homes has been putting the Philippines under one roof. Its remarkable growth has allowed it to offer far more than an affordable home for the family of Chacha and those of the average Filipino family. In the past three decades, it has consistently provided value-for-money homes in master-planned communities, the first real property developer to do so in the country.

So far, Camella has built over 200,000 homes through 87 projects, maintaining a strong presence in 17 key provincial destinations including Metro Manila. GMA areas cover Taguig City, Las Piñas City, Pasig City, Quezon City, Caloocan City and Makati City.

In the provinces, Camella homes are currently present in Rizal for East Luzon while North and South Luzon include the provinces of Isabela, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas and Camarines Sur.

For Visayas, Camella homes are located in Iloilo, Negros Occidental, Cebu and Leyte; and for Mindanao, the homes are found in Cagayan de Oro, Davao and GenSan.

‘We continue to build homes,’ said Villar. ‘Our goal is to let every Filipino family have its own home.’
