Ellen Skin Care marks '30'
MANILA, Philippines - The heavy downpour didn’t dampen the spirit of VIPs who come to Ellen’s 30th Anniversary shindig.
Ellen Lising welcomed well-heeled guests at the façade of her sprawling Timog outlet. Looking radiant in an expensive designer gown, Ellen made sure her guests were having a good time. Richard Hiñola handled the grand party replete with pomp and pageantry. Richard is the official event handler of Ellen’s Skin Care since its inception.
Hailed as one of the most popular beauty experts in the country, Ellen was able to gather all her friends, clients, employees, suppliers and associates under one roof to share this momentous event in her colorful life.
Deejay JC Baron and Martha Daniels hosted the event while celebrities like Voyce Avenue, Alwyn Uytingco, Joseph Bitangcol, RJ Jimenez, Robby Domingo, Edna Ledesma, Say Alonzo, Princess Ryan, Pokwang and Sugar Mercado provided entertainment. Also spotted were Carlo Aquino, Wowowee’s Saicy, Isabella Gomez, Malu Barry, Dexter Doria, Tita Swarding, Cristy Fermin and Richard Pinlac.
Beauty queens added glitter to the affair. Among them are Miss World 1973 first runner-up Evangeline Pascual, Mutya ng Pilipinas Amelia dela Cruz; Bb. Pilipinas second runner-up Ellie Nacuspag; Mutya ng Pilipinas 2000 Josephine Canonizado and Miss Philippines-Earth 2009 runner-up Vanessa Johnson. Highlight of the affair was a fashion show featuring Manila’s top male and female models of Ellen’s beauty products. Guest speakers were Sen. Richard “Dick” Gordon, former Olongapo Mayor Kate Gordon and Betsy Tenchavez.
The fashion extravaganza depicted the evolution of Ellen’s Skin Care and Aesthetic Center with models garbed in Eddie Baddeo creations. Melanie, officially unveiled the new Ellen’s billboard. Helping her in the unveiling ceremony were Ellen’s newest endorsers Janice and Jessel Lising, Ellen’s daughters.
Ellen’s has 15 beauty centers all over the Philippines. The 30th anniversary was organized by RDH Marketing Specialists with over-all direction by Ning Corteza and fashion direction by Earl Crisostomo.
