SPED seminars on inclusion program slated

MANILA, Philippines - Patricia Muñoz, a fully credentialed special education teacher in California, will hold two consecutive seminars on inclusion program: Implementing an Effective Inclusion Program for Children with Special Needs, on June 28, and Utilizing Instructional & Curricular Modifications for Special Needs Students in an Inclusion Program on July 5.

Other seminars are  Techniques to Become Effective Educators & Parents to Children with Special Needs, on July 12 and What Can Be Done to Help Our Children Speak on July 26, with speech therapist Michael Burton from New Zealand.

All seminars (except for July 26) will be at Protégé SPED Center, Unit 1A Rexxon’s Arcade, 36 Xavierville Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City (tel. nos. 0918-3588855; 436-2620; 434-6064). Seminar hours are 9 a.m, to 5 p.m. Registration starts 8 a.m.
