Who will be Hiyas ng Quezon City 2009?

MANILA, Philippines – Twenty-four semi-finalists are competing for the Hiyas ng Quezon City 2009 title on Saturday, June 20, at the grand finals to be held at the SM North EDSA. Q.C. Mayor Sonny Belmonte will crown the winner while Councilor Ariel Enrile Inton Jr. will open the ceremonies.

The winner will receive cash prizes, college scholarship and gift items.

The 24 candidates are Mary Jane Lo, Ghia Pauline Plata, Barbie Jereza, Lady Lourdes Samson, Jameela Perez, Jennielyn Natividad, Sara Mae Reyes, Ma. Karissa Penos, Ma. Mackylyn Ragusta, Leilani Limosnero, Ma. Katrina Abaraban, Shahani Dabu, Camille Erica Pascual, Clariz Joy Padinas, Liezl Anne Naing, Fatima Lopez, Charmaine Ann Oribe, Jhemarie Cancio, Babylyn de Leon, Chanela Limpin, Bernadette Solreo, Airesh Villanueva, Cherry Bustos and Peggy Ann Tabag.
