Big C... as in Concert & Comedy

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – Take part in spreading breast cancer awareness, and save lives. Join Erik Santos and Sheryn Regis as they perform live in a benefit show titled Big C... as in Concert & Comedy tomorrow, May 15 at the Metro Concert Bar, West Ave., Quezon City.

Joining them is Frenchie Dy and Vice Ganda. Proceeds of the show will go to breast cancer patients who cannot afford treatment and the Boobie Programs of Kasuso Foundation.

“I am very happy that they considered me to perform in this benefit show,” says Erik. ”Many of those inflicted of breast cancer are still unaware that it is treatable if detected earlier. But the sadder part is most of them cannot afford to sustain the treatment.”

Equally excited is Sheryn. ”It‘s like sharing the blessings that you received from above,” she says. ”The best part is you do not only help them (cancer patients), you also let them know you care. And I am not talking only for myself, but for everyone who will support the show.”

“The P500 you will pay for the show will extend lives,” shares Frenchie. ”Plus it will be like a concert at the Big Dome because we will have a live band and back-up singers to add fun and excitement to the show.”

Tickets are priced at P500. The annual event is a project of the Philippine Foundation for Breast Care Incorporated (PFBCI), PCSO and Pagcor and is also made possible by Kopi Roti, Baang Coffee, Gluta-MS, Powertrim L-Carnitine & Green Tea Extract and Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri.
