MANILA, Philippines - Visual art and music come together in a show titled So Nice, Art & Song Event: A Concert and Exhibit for a Cause tonight at 6 at SM Megamall Cinema 9 in Mandaluyong City.
The show features Tess Cobankiat, Jonalyn Viray and Bryan Espartinez who will sing pop and inspirational songs.
Along with the show is an art exhibit featuring the works of celebrated 12-year painter So Nice, who survived systematic lupus erythemathosus. Known for her colorful landscape and abstract paintings, So Nice will display her works that bring out the therapeutic power of art.
According to Mitch Ballesteros, president of Ex-Link Management and Marketing Services Corp. and event producer, the event is a thanksgiving to God’s healing powers as demonstrated on So Nice who has become a blessing to people suffering debilitating diseases.
The concert will also feature Pastor Fernando Acuin, worship head of Chosen Generation Christian Church and Benedict Santiago Jr.
Directed by Randy Borromeo, So Nice, Art & Song Event is presented by SM Megamall, SM Cinema, Studio A Photography Video, and Ex-Link Management and Marketing Services Corp. Part of the proceeds will go to the children cancer patients.
