Hole In The Wall.

Based on a famous segment from a Japanese variety show, Hole In The Wall is hosted by four-time Asian TV Awards Best Comedy Performance by An Actor awardee Michael V and Star Awards Best Comedy Actor Ogie Alcasid. They play the gullible Yaya and her spoiled ward Angelina, respectively. On the show, two teams with three members each must pass through holes of unusual shapes carved out on walls hurtling towards them. There is the Single Wall, wherein the team captain alone must face the wall. Double Wall requires the two remaining members of the team to go through the hole, and the Triple Wall requires the entire team to perform the same feat.

Contestants should be careful on how they will go through the holes in the fast-approaching walls, or else a very wet fate of being dunked into a pool awaits them.

The team that can pass through the first three rounds wins P50,000 and a chance to face the Jackpot Wall. If the members manage to conquer the final wall, they win P100,000 or more.

According to AGB Nielsen, the game show’s rating reached a high of 31.2 percent on its second episode, making it a winner on its first week on primetime.

Hole In The Wall airs Mondays to Fridays, 6 p.m. before 24 Oras.
