MANILA, Philippines –2007 World Champions of the Performing Arts (WCOPA) winner in Over-All Champion in Original Composition category Joaquin Garcia (photo) takes center stage again in Reload tonight at 10 at The Library in its new place at Maria Orosa St., Malate with featured guests Beverly Salviejo and Philip Lazaro.
He will render solo spots and medleys of different music genres.
He will also perform his winning songs at the WCOPA.
