Trumpets Playshop's summer workshops

MANILA, Philippines - Trumpets Playshop is home to young talents with a passion for the arts.

With 16 years of experience under its belt, Trumpets is a certified winner in the eyes of parents and kids. Having produced talents such as Sam Concepcion and upcoming performer Tippy dos Santos, this is no surprise.

This year, Trumpets Playshop invites kids and young adults to experience a fun-filled summer of discovering talents and pursuing passions. Class offerings include Musical Theater for Kids; Teens and Adults; Acting; Street Dance; Modeling; Public Speaking/Hosting; Belly Dancing for Kids and Parents; Stage Make-up; and Photography. Two new classes, Acting for Film and TV, and Acting for Commercial Models, are also being offered.

More than learning the technical skills of their craft, Playshop aims to help young people become well-rounded individuals. “Here at Trumpets, being a great performer isn’t just about knowing how to sing, dance, or act well,” says manager Lani Ligot. “It’s a lot more than just that. A great performer also has integrity, and he or she values people for what they are. This should be reflected in everything that they do.”
