On Great Hair Day, top hair and makeup artists and Fil-Hair Coop members Peping de Guzman, Atlas Leonen and Enji Doblois from Antipolo, Pasig and Pampanga respectively will perform Graduation Ball makeover on their models.
WE (Women Empowerment) hosted by Marikina Mayor Marides Fernando premieres also tomorrow while on Hairecord, participants from Iloilo City will try to beat the fastest national record of 75 haircuts in four hours set in General Santos City last month.
