One more night with The Great Balladeers

MANILA, Philippines - Viva Concerts and Events has come up with another winning combination, The Great Balladeers.

After their successful show last night, Jun Polistico, Anthony Castelo and Victor Wood will hit again the stage of Music Museum tonight. The Great Balladeers will perform their enduring ballads.

Known as the soulful heartthrob, Jun had hits like Mahiwaga, Sana’y Maghintay ang Walang Hanggan, Mahawi Man ang Ulap, All I Ask of You with Sharon Cuneta, Langis at Tubig and many others. Anthony, who also acted on stage and in films, came up with Balatkayo, Nang Dahil Sa Pag-ibig, Maghihintay Ako Sa ‘yo, Kaibigan, Ibig Kong Ibigin Ka, Hahanapin ko and Of All the Things. Victor dominated the airlanes in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s with I’m Sorry My Love, Eternally, Malupit Na Pag-ibig, Cheryl Moana Marie, In Despair and Teen-age Señorita.

The trio all spent many years living in the states. Victor came home first to resume his career a few years ago while Jun and Anthony will be home after a long time to perform for their Music Museum concert.
