Singers perform at scuba diving congress

The Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving is holding a Dive Congress today at the PTA Clamshell, Intramuros. The forum is a whole-day affair to be attended by DILG Sec. Ronaldo Puno, DOT Sec. Ace Durano, Usec. Cynthia Carreon, who is also the executive director of PCSSD and PTA GM Mark Lapid. The congress aims to address the issues plaguing the diving industry and coastal communities.

Performers are Mark Tupas of Shamrock, Warren Norton of K.O. Jones and Ruthanne Zamora.
