TV5's Max Movies Big Week slated

King Kong. The Hulk. Apollo 13. Crying Ladies. Spiderman 1 and 2! Get ready for the ultimate movie experience as TV5 unleashes an everyday  line-up of the most spectacular blockbuster movies this week in 5MAX Movies Big Week beginning at 9 p.m. on TV5 .

To jumpstart the week is the triple Oscar Award winning movie King Kong  directed by Peter Jackson. Catch the propulsive action of King Kong on its two-part movie special today and tomorrow, Nov. 24 and on Nov. 25.

On Wednesday (Nov. 26), the suspense builds in the real-life thriller Apollo 13, starring Tom Hanks.

Acclaimed Oscar-winning filmmaker Ang Lee turns his masterful eye to an epic film adaptation of the classic Marvel Comics series, The Hulk, showing on Thursday (Nov. 27). The film shows the transformation of scientist Bruce Banner (played by Eric Bana).

On Nov. 28 as Metro Manila Film Festival Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress and Best Child Performer award winner Crying Ladies warms up your TV screens. Starring Sharon Cuneta, Hilda Koronel, and Angel Aquino.

Go for the ultimate spin as one of the most popular comic book superheroes of all time makes his leap to your TV screen in Spiderman, showing on Saturday (Nov. 29) and Spiderman 2 on Sunday (Nov. 30). Starring  Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker, the film went on to break box-office records and became the highest grossing film of 2002.
